Great coverage and speed. We have limited internet options on our farm and this service has been a game changer.

So easy to set up and haven’t had the first problem with it. Should have gotten this years ago.

Love it so far. Its definitely better than what I had previously.

5G upgrade looks good. $99/month. Tested at a hotel travel location. 16Mpbs to 65Mbps speeds so far. Very satisfied with Upgrade. Email any issues with admin guys and they fix it pretty fast. Will remain a customer. Recommend using a VPN since it's cell phone tower internet to insure security.

I’ve been looking for something to use to game and download my games and tv shows to stream quicker. I’m in a remote area and was skeptical about it at first but I’m glad I’m using them

Thought there'd be a bunch of setup, there wasn't. Thought it would be slow, it's not. Better than expected!

We’ve been using Open Internet for a few months. We’re in a very rural area but we’re getting good speeds. We do get throttled some times but we turn on the VPN and it’s good again. The only service we’ve run into that will not let us use the VPN is Hulu. Also got a router and occasionally the tethering stops working but we’re able to unplug the router for a minute from the phone and then plug back up and it reconnects. Very pleased!

So far I have gotten better speeds than other hotspots I have tried. Would be nice to have an Ethernet port without buying extra equipment, and maybe a way to hook up an external antenna? I hope to see the faster speeds when I move my camper to other locations. Placement of the “phone” is key! I have gotten up to 90 mbs but most of the time it’s around 20 to 40.

Have had almost all positive interactions with this company. Internet works awesome. Solid speed, no throttling or caps. Have had a router go out twice now tho, and each time they were quick to send me a cost free replacement.

Moved to a new place that did't have many options for internet without paying a bunch of money for slow speeds, so I gave this setup a try. Really happy I did because it works great and was exactly what I needed for my situation. Really ingenious way to get good speeds when options are limited!

Never a problem when chatting with the representatives. Knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to help. I love this provider. I can stream about 10 devices and never a lag. Thank you!
